Rules, Policies, and Renting Requirements
Although our renting rules may seem strict to some, we need everyone to understand that we truly care comfort and safety of families renting our vehicle.
One of the ways to accomplish that is to keep these rules in place and to follow them.
What you need to rent a car from StaywithLeo:
- Present a valid driver’s license, and in addition, an IDP (An International Driving Permit) and/or passport for international renters may be required
- Meet the minimum age requirement in the area (25)
- Provide a current unexpired credit card

We made this Luxury brand new Full size SUV available to our renter’s. We are kindly asking each renter to follow our rules and care for the vehicle. Remember, we need to ensure the car will be as clean and smoke free as it was prior of you renting it. Good amount of people in the vehicle are children and we continue to make sure the car will remain new for our futures guests and reenters.
Rules:
⦁ The vehicle will be properly and thoroughly inspected by our team and the person renting the vehicle prior of renting to make sure no damage is done to the vehicle and the gasoline tank is full.
⦁ Guests are allowed to make maximum 300 miles during the rental period. Additional .25 cents per mile over 300 miles will apply.
⦁ Upon returning the vehicle control inspection will be done to check condition of the vehicle (both interior and exterior) and to make sure the tank is full.
A transportation from the airport to our Villa may also be arranged for through us. This service, however, solely depends on our availability and the day and time of your arrival (contact us in advance).
- Full Insurance coverage is required. (Will be provided for additional fee of 25 dollars).
- The dates will determine availability of the vehicle.
- Primary driver must be at least 25 years old. (Certain exception may apply).
- Gasoline tank must be full upon returning the vehicle. No exception! $50 charge will apply if tank will not be full.
- 300 dollar security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental.

- Guests are prohibited to leave the state of Florida. Vehicle must stay in the state of FL during the rental period. $400 penalty will apply for violating this rule + charges for additional miles.
- Smoking and vaping in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. $400 penalty will apply for violating this rule plus any damages. We are kindly asking everyone to keep in mind most of the time the vehicle will be rented by families with kids and we want to make sure every guest will rent the vehicle clean and smoke free.
- Eating grease food in the car is also strictly prohibited. $200 penalty will apply for violating this rule plus any stains or damages that would require professional cleaning/treatment.
- If you have already picked up your vehicle, please contact us directly to check availability of extending your car rental.
- If you have not yet picked up your vehicle, please make new reservation/booking or send us a request to extend your rental period.
Although we are animal lovers StaywithLeo does NOT allow pets in any of our vehicles.
To completely cancel your car rental, please send us Cancellation request ASAP or contact us directly to Cancel your reservation. Fees may be incurred or cancelling international car rental reservations. See our full policy on changing or cancelling a car rental.

If you scratch or dent the rental car:
- Inform us at StaywithLeo of the damage caused to the vehicle when you return the car.
- You may or may not have to pay for repairs, depending on your personal auto insurance and whether or not you selected any Insurance and Protection Products.
The daily rate of renting a car will vary depending on the following:
