Rules, Policies, and Renting Requirements
To ensure the safety of our guests and protection of our Jet Ski, we ask our guests to comply with the following rules:
- The dates will determine availability of the jet ski. Same day rentals are not guaranteed! We recommend booking in advance.
- Primary renter must be born before 1988 or have a Boating Safety Course Certificate/Card and State issued ID to rent it.
Life jackets for kids and adults, will be provided to each person riding Jet-Ski. Complimentary bottle of water will also be provided to each person. Additional items such as Skis or boat tubing can be rented as well. See our additional rental under rental page or by clicking here >additional-rentals<
A $250 security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the jet ski you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
The following is allowed while renting the jet-ski:
- fishing
- kids under 12 years old
- shoes
- swimming
- watersport activities
The following is NOT allowed while renting Jet-Ski:
- glass bottles
- smoking marijuana
- alcohol
- children under the age of TBD
Majority of renter and guests will be interested in extending their rental period after taste of the joy being in the water.
If you are interested in extending your rental period, you will need to place new order online using your mobile device in order for you to extend your rental period.
- If you made your Jet-Ski reservation and booking online and in advance and wish to extend or modify your booking, please submit request and your rental will be easily modified assuming we do not have other bookings during that period.
- If you have possession of Jet-Ski and wish to extend it, please contact your host by phone.
People are NOT allowed to extend their rental period, without receiving both payment confirmation and rental extended confirmation. We will certainly be opened to make any adjustments necessary per our renters’ requests.
- Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
- The Jet-Ski is only allowed to be used in the lake you will be picking it up at.
- Guests are prohibited to transfer jet ski to another lake.
- MAXIMUM capacity 3 people / MAXIMUM weight 776 lbs.
We love to see families or group of friends while renting a jet ski, however, we also have to protect the jet ski and all the people that will be riding it. The jet ski is brand-new; hence we are asking everyone to be careful and care for it as if it was your own. Pay close attention to surrounding areas, other boats & people in the water and the times when approaching the deck.
The Jet ski may be transported to specific lake of your choice at additional charge that will depend on the distance. The Jet ski transportation to the lake of your choice can also be arranged for – for additional charge depending on the distance. We encourage you to make the reservation and book it far in advance to make sure it will be available for the dates of your travel.
Upon returning the jet ski, control inspection will be performed by both owner and renter to check the condition of the jet ski.
Safety and Protection
This brand-new Yamaha VX Cruiser HO 2022 is loaded with safety and security features for our guest’s / renters. Safety will always remain to be the most valuable asset. If you are in an accident, your safety and the safety of all passengers is most important. This watercraft is equipped with premium safety features such as setting up mode preventing riders to ride too fast and others. The watercraft has installed a tracking device preventing guests to relocate it to another lake or making it more difficult for people to steel.
While renting a boat usually is a lot of fun, it also comes with responsibility and things people should not overlook or underestimate. Please be cautious when riding a boat. The boat you are renting is very powerful and fast. Always properly estimate the distance from other boat in the lake and especially when approaching the boat dock. Be aware that there is a police patrolling all lakes and people using boats. To protect our boat, multiple tracking devices including GPS tracker have been installed on the boat.
